1) Do you plan on participating in the Bagel Runs?

2) Where would you like to run from?

Keep it Simple, ORMS every week works for me
Change it up. Let's do various routes
Let's rotate between 2 or four locations
I don't care, just pick it and I'll be there
I am not coming - have no interest in running on Saturday mornings

3) What time would you prefer to run?

Keep it at 8:30AM
Move it up to 7:30AM
Move it up to 8AM
Move it back to 9AM
I need to start really early due to: family commitments, the fact that I run over 15 miles, etc. - so don't plan it around me

4) What is most important to you about The Bagel Runs?

Having safe, reasonable routes to run
Knowing others will be there - it gets me out of bed
Strictly Social - its fun to run with others
I am looking for a pace partner - who can push me when I am having an off day
Its all about the Bagel (until Dunkin Donuts opens, then its about the Donut)

5) Routes-wise, what is most important to you?

Various distances
Hills are fine, just don't kill me
I prefer flat
Safety is the key - I want a shoulder to run on, fewer busy intersections if possible

6) Pace - Given my current fitness level and workout routine, on Saturday I want to run at the following pace:

Sub 7:30 per mile
7:45 - 8:15 per mile
8:15 - 9:00 per mile
9 - 10 per mile
10 - 12 per mile

7) Distance - Given my current fitness level and workout routine, on Saturday I want to run the following distance:

Run for 30 minutes
Run 3 Miles
Run 4 - 5 Miles
Run 5 - 7 Miles
Run 7 - 10 Miles
Run over 10 miles

8) I consider myself:

A Beginner Runner - I have not been running regularly for very long
An Intermediate Runner - I have been running for a while and I am in pretty good running condition
An Advanced Runner - I have run in several races and my times continue to improve
Not a runner - I do other things to stay in shape, and this is just one of them.
A Runner with Issues - Have run. Will run, but have been hurt and need to work my way back.

9) Goals - I want to:

Get my heart rate up for 30 - 40 minutes and maintain a reasonable level of fitness. I am not concerned about times or races.
Prepare for my first 5K
Prepare for a 10K
Prepare for a Half Marathon
Prepare for a Marathon

10) I would be interested in Participating in the Frederick Marathon/Half Marathon as a:

Member of a relay team (run a leg of 4 - 9 miles)
Run the Half Marathon
Run a Marathon
I am not interested in races at all
I am interested in races, but that weekend does not work for my calendar/or, I did Frederick before and prefer to run in a different race.
