Our Foot Locker Championships Experience

Parents, Coaches, fans, and most importantly over 30 runners from schools all over Carroll County loaded onto a bus and headed up to New York for the Foot Locker Cross Country Experience. Here is what some of them had to say about their trip:

"The Foot Locker classic elite race gave me the chance to run against the best runners in the Northeastern region. I learned a lot and it exposed me to runners I will be up against in college. One of my most memorable running moments. It's great just to spend a weekend with the team, hanging out and then doing what we do best.run. I believe that everyone ran with a lot of heart and had fun time doing it. Footlocker only comes once a year and each year is better than the last. We make the best of every year. I recommend this running weekend to anyone and everyone, athletes and parents alike." "The best part about New York were the people that went. Though the race was cool, being there with my friends was what made it so much fun. We had a blast in the city and on our 'girls floor'. The Foot Locker Cross Country Race was a wonderful experience for the following reasons. ~Bob Repsher "I had so much fun at Footlocker. It was great to go with my friends and the best part was going into the city with them. Our girls team is so close and this trip was an awesome way to end my senior year. The race atmosphere was awesome too, it was so cool to watch all those amazing runners. I also had a fun time running in the junior race with K-rod. Participants in The Eldersburg Rogue Runners agree to provide medical insurance for themselves.
