We were pleased with the effort and success of our athletes in this meet. Below are the results that were posted prior to the end of the meet. We do not yet have the results from the 800 Meter, and some of you did quite well in that race as well. Also, we had several kind comments about our athletes and how they conducted themselves. This speaks well of you as individuals and us as a group. Thank you. Lastly, the Potomac Valley Track Club hosts these All-Comers meets every weekend during the summer. Beginning in June, the meets are on Saturdays. The cost is $4 and you can enter as many events as you like. The high school is located in a nice section of Virginia, 1.5 miles off the DC beltway, off VA Route 193 East (Georgetown Pike just across the river as you head towards Dulles). It is a low-keyed, friendly atmosphere and we hope you will make it to a few meets on your own. The meet started promptly and was over by 1:30.
