Participants in The Eldersburg Rogue Runners agree to provide medical insurance for themselves. Participants must acknowledge that participation in The Eldersburg Rogue Runners (ERR) is voluntary, and agree to hold harmless, the school(s), coaches, ERR, ERR officers, Parents, Volunteers, Freedom Area Recreation Council, Carroll County Park and Recreation, and other club members for injuries occurring during practice, games and travel to/from running activities. A Waiver Liability form must be completed to participate in ERR activities. If injured, participants are encouraged to seek professional medical advice.
