Order of the Rogue
In each of the past ERR Retreats, one of our runs ended up going up part of a mountain. Well this year we decided instead of hiding it, we would tell them we were going to do it. A 4.5 mile run straight up the mountain. Nobody had to do it, but however did earned themselves an ERR Order of the Rogue bag. This large group all accoplished the feet.
Order of the Rogue Members: Alison Bradley, Pam Maldeis, Lauren Ridder, MIchele Lambert, Bob Ward, Quinn Hazelton, Andrew Cross, Sam Schlachter, Danny Haines, Dan Rodriguez, Eric Liberatore, Caitie Flanagan, Abby Carlson, Tim Souders, Andy Bokman, Pat Wachter, Karl Bohn, Alex Engler, Brandon Sisolak, Kirsten McGovern, Matt Little, Jimmy Filmomena, Doug Atkinson, Billy Orndorff |
At the local watering hold, beware of man with bright red chest. He might try to coax you into doing a belly flop into the lake.

New this year was the downhill Mile. New Personal Best times were set, as the runners let gravity take them down to the bottom. Fastest time was 4:32! |
| Possibly the most entertaining game, at least to the chaperones is the Blind Man's Challenge. The teams had trouble just getting to the starting line even before they got to the obstacles as you see pictured here. |

"Be careful, your about 4 stories above the ground and one wrong move and Bam!" Each team had someone that guided them through the course, as they had no clue what was ahead of them. |
| Teamwork. While some guides would take their team through the course one at a time, this team had the idea to double up. |
