The trip will include hotel, bus transportation, race registration, and a trip into Times Square following the race. You can click here for details on the race or download our informational flyer. Check out the course map here.
The bus will leave Eldersburg on the morning of Friday, November 27th, and will arrive at the Hyatt Regency on Long Island that afternoon. The races are run on Saturday the 28th, and the bus will return to the hotel with time for the runners to shower and be ready for the trip into New York City that evening. The bus will leave New York Sunday morning for an afternoon return to Eldersburg.
The cost is $270 per runner. The event now has an open race for alumni who are no longer in high school and for middle school aged runners, so we have opened up the trip to runners of all ages. We are also looking for adult chaperones to go along. If you are interested please download our registration form. For more information please contact BethKobett@comcast.net or call 410-549-6378.
An unqualified success, this program has been essential to the conditioning of athletes in several sports around teh Eldersburg area. This year's program provided training opportunties for dozens of high school and college age runners. Thanks again to Pete Lester for organizing the program and hosting the majority of events. Thanks also to those families that hosted runs and helped in so many ways.
